Six Weeks

Has anyone else ever found it confusing that if Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow it means winter will last longer? I always assume if he sees his shadow there must be some sunshine, so shouldn’t that mean warm weather is quickly approaching? In any case, old Phil predicts we’ll be tolerating six more weeks of this:
